By using this site or our game servers you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use them.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and give accurate information when you register. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be 13 or over.

Conduct

• No cheating, exploits or modified files that give an unfair advantage.
• No deliberate wrecking, blocking or harassment of other drivers.
• No abusive, hateful or illegal content in chat, names or uploads.
• Follow the server rules and staff instructions.

Our rights

We may remove content, reset times, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or take down servers, events and features at any time.

Content and ownership

Your lap times, results and anything you post may be shown publicly on this site. Cars, tracks and game content belong to their own creators and are used under their own licences.

No warranty

This is a free community service provided as is. We do not guarantee uptime, saved progress or data, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or the servers, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
